1. Overview
QuickClick Landcare is committed to customer satisfaction. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be issued for services booked through our on-demand property maintenance platform.
2. Platform Fee Refunds
QuickClick charges a 4% platform fee on each transaction. If a service is cancelled before a contractor has been dispatched or has begun work, the platform fee will be fully refunded. If a service has already begun, the platform fee is non-refundable.
3. Service Cancellations
Customers may cancel a booked service at no charge if cancellation is made before the contractor has been dispatched. Cancellations made after a contractor is en route may be subject to a cancellation fee as set by the individual service provider.
4. Dissatisfaction with Service
If you are unsatisfied with a completed service, please contact us within 48 hours of service completion. We will review your complaint and work with the service provider to resolve the issue, which may include a partial or full refund of the service cost at our discretion.
5. No-Show by Contractor
If a booked contractor fails to arrive for a scheduled service without prior notice, you will receive a full refund of all charges including the platform fee.
6. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Refunds for cryptocurrency payments will be issued at the current exchange rate at the time of refund processing.
7. Tips
Tips paid to service providers are non-refundable, as they are passed directly to the contractor at the time of payment.
8. Disputes
If you believe you are entitled to a refund that has been denied, you may escalate the matter by contacting our support team. We strive to resolve all disputes fairly and promptly.
